Being a relatively young six-yearold logistics services and trade facilitation company without any legacy systems or infrastructure has been transformed into an advantage by Reload Logistics.

“We have invested in the latest cloud-based logistics software, and the design of our entire warehouse operation is based on global best business practice,” says director Ruud Walgaard.

“Through our global network we are able to learn from other warehouse operators. There is no need to repeat other people’s mistakes,” he says.

All warehouse operations and information about cargo in transit can be accessed via smartphone apps.

“This means my staff and I can access live information from anywhere and at any time,” he says.
