The ATC Group – holding company of local GSA The Cargo Connection – has acquired Houston-based general sales agent Platinum Air Cargo USA. Over the coming year, Platinum USA will gradually transition its brand and by the end of the year will operate solely under the name of its new parent ATC. The merger between Platinum USA and ATC has been negotiated over the past two years and was finally sealed between Christmas and New Year.
