Germany to levy toll fees for heavy vehicles

NOVEMBER 2 will see the introduction by the German government of toll fees for heavy vehicles using the country’s highways. That’s according to Hellmann Worldwide Logistics which reports that a similar charge is on the cards for introduction in the UK in 2006.
