WITH THE 2010 World Cup around the corner, and several government trade initiatives drumming up new business, UPS is positioning itself for growth. “Over the past two years UPS has adopted the ‘one stop shop’ approach at its Cape Town branch, incorporating its supply chain solutions and express packages divisions under one roof,” says branch manager Mauro Meneghetti. “This enables us to offer our clients a wider range of services and ultimately the total solution.” Based in Montague Gardens, the Cape Town office employs 50 staff members.
