With the implementation of air
cargo security regulations Part
108 set for July 1, the industry
is gearing up.
“Transit has been preparing
for the past two years,” says
sales manager Jurie Koen, “so
ensuring that our customers
need not apply for regulation
status.
“We have taken delivery of
the required X-ray machines
and apart from a few process
controls, we are 90%
compliant,” he told FTW.
