The Central Energy Fund has released data that points to steep increases for both types of fuel in March.
The price of 93 and 95 octane petrol could rise by as much as 120 and 114 cents a litre respectively.
The projected price increase for diesel is comparatively much lower, but it is still predicted to rise by at least 39 cents for 0.05% and 0.005% diesel.
The wholesale price for illuminating paraffin could go up by 52%.
