June 1 saw the official
rebranding of UTi to DSV
following its acquisition by
the logistics major in January
this year. DSV is listed on
Nasdaq Copenhagen.
The new DSV has a more
diversified geography and
business mix, employs more
than 40 000 people in more
than 80 countries with
more than 1 000 offices and
logistics facilities.
“The similarities in the
businesses have enabled
the integration of the two
companies to progress
quickly and smoothly,”
said DSV Africa CEO Keith
Pienaar.
