THE JOHANNESBURG chapter of the Exporters Club has put together a varied programme of events for the rest of the year.
First off is a talk in June by CitiBank on services geared to assist the exporter. This will be followed by the annual golf day on June 28; Vodacom on the role of the cell phone in export development in July; a discussion forum on the new employment equity act in August; a guided tour of the airport cargo section in September; the annual general meeting in October; and the annual dinner dance on November 18.
The club is a non-profit entity which draws its members from a cross-section of companies in the export field.
Further information is available from the secretariat on (011)807 5317.
