Germany’s cargo industry has voted Emirates SkyCargo as the top carrier in the German market. Emirates SkyCargo took first place in the Air Cargo Performance Survey which pitted it against 55 other leading cargo carriers serving Germany. The survey was conducted by German market research institute Emnid and its results published in Logistik Inside. It surveyed 240 German air cargo forwarders. Forwarders were asked to answer questions concerning airline quality, customer orientation and price-performance ratio. Emirates SkyCargo’s 777 points out of 1000 made it the Best Overall Air Cargo Carrier and Best in Overall Service Quality. In Germany, air freight growth is anticipated to be 13% per annum.
