ECU-HOLD, the holding company of groupage specialist Ecu-Line, will shortly apply for a listing on the Antwerp stock exchange and as a consequence will buy up the shares of all minor investors. SA managing director Pete Sands and Cape Town director Lynn Stoffberg will therefore sell their shares to Ecu-Hold and both will leave the company at the end of June. "We felt that without a shareholding we could no longer continue with the company," Sands told FTW.
