EC calls for reciprocal openness from China

ALREADY OUT of favour for exporting cheap clothing to Europe, and having had import quotas slapped on dozens of clothing categories, China has fallen further from grace. The European Commission (EC) in Brussels has issued a veiled threat to the Chinese authorities, warning that its exporters will face an increased protectionism in Europe if it does not open up to investment and trade from the continent.
