LOOK OUT FOR: The Amended South
African Tariff
During the course of the week you can expect the
South African Revenue Service (Sars) to publish the
draft amendment to Schedule No. 1 Part 1 of the
Customs and Excise Act 1964 i.e. “Ordinary Customs
Duty”.
The tariff amendments are scheduled to be
implemented on 01 January 2 008.
