going to print. Tariff applications – Response due Reduction in the rate of duty on shotgun cartridges from 15% ad valorem to free of duty. Response due 23 December 2005. Amendment to the wording of certain specified tariff subheadings to either read “Chassis fitted with a cab of a mass not exceeding 1 600kg or of a G.V.M. not exceeding 3 500kg; vehicles with a vehicle mass not exceeding 2 000kg; vehicles with a G.V.M not exceeding 3 500kg”, or “Chassis fitted with a cab of a mass exceeding 1 600kg or of a G.V.M. exceeding 3 500kg; vehicles with a vehicle mass exceeding 2 000kg; vehicles with a G.V.M exceeding 3 500kg”. Response due by 23 December 2005. Extension of a description within a rebate provision on silicon and braided silicon wires used in the manufacture of stoves. The rebate provision to read, “insulated electric conductors, for the manufacture of electric smoothing irons, electric frying pans, grillers, stoves, solid hotplates and sandwich makers of head No.85.16”. Response due 16 December 2005. The reduction in the rate of duty on trimethoprim. Comment due by 9 December 2005. The rebate of the duty on other yarn of polyester, partially orientated yarn for the manufacture of textured polyester yarn. Comment due by 25 November 2005. The extension of Rebate Item for the manufacture of electric hot trays, stoves and glass-top hobs. Comment due by 18 November 2005. No Anti-dumping amendments

– response due Initiation of an investigation into the alleged dumping of plates, sheets, film, foil and strip of biaxially oriented polymers of propylene, non-cellular and not reinforced laminated, supported or similarly combined with other materials of a thickness exceeding 0.012mm but not exceeding 0.6mm, not heat shrinkable, commonly known as BOPP film, originating in or imported from Brazil. Response due by 15 December 2005.
