ALAN PEAT THE NEW executive director of the SA Association of Freight Forwarders (Saaff) is a well-known face in the industry - Chris Richards. His initial 12-month contract kicks off on July 1 – from which date Richards will be doing a two month handover with previous executive director, Edward Little.
