Cheers to malt contract

TransWorld Cargo will handle all malt imports for Namibian Breweries through Walvis Bay from January 2022.According to TransWorld business development manager Fritz Kaufmann, the logistics company has invested in a f leet of new vehicles designed to transport malt.Around 2 000 TEUs a year will be handled.TransWorld is already handling bottle imports out of Angola for Namibian Breweries.Shipments average 50 containers at a time, according to Kaufmann.The company is also responsible for the return of the empty containers to the manufacturer.
