GREG Howard, the previous president of Carotrans, who put the World Groupage Services/Carotrans agreement into place 14 years ago with current managing director Andrew Daly, has been promoted to strategic development director. His position as president has been filled by Michael Forkenbrock who is an old friend of the South African clearing and forwarding industry with some 25 years experience on the SA trade lane.
