Successful training lies in the
ability to equip people with
long-term knowledge through
a process that allows them
to grow as individuals and
professionals.
It is this approach that has
led to the continued growth
and success of training
specialists Metro Minds which
last week celebrated its fifth
anniversary.
“Our approach is much
different from usual training
methods in that we focus on
interactivity, integration and
communication, but above
all, we believe that training
must be fun,” said managing
director Juliette Fourie who
started the company with only
a computer and a cellphone.
Speaking at a celebratory
function on the East Rand last
week, she told staff, clients and
service providers the company
had seen phenomenal growth
since its inception in 2006 with
more than 2000 people having
been trained.
