Cape Crating records first quarter growth

Packaging specialist Cape Crating has achieved Level One BBBEE rating following its latest assessment. “Despite the harsh economic environment for exporters we have grown our sales by 16% year on year in the first quarter of this year,” director Owen Bottomley told FTW. “It’s been achieved by gaining market share, opening a branch at the airport, adding a full hazardous packing division, adding a crane truck, and increasing our warehouse space at the harbour branch.” Further developments are in the pipeline, he added.
