BidAir Cargo has expanded its African network following an agreement with Precision Air, the largest airline in Tanzania. Effective this month, the cargo division of Precision Air has been contracted out to BidAir Cargo – which now conducts the sales and handling of all cargo on the Precision Air network. The Tanzanian carrier operates scheduled passenger air services between Dar es Salaam and 10 other airports in Tanzania – three of them seasonal. It also maintains scheduled services to Kenya, Uganda, DRC and Zambia within the African region, and overseas to Comoros. Its main base is Julius Nyerere International Airport, Dar es Salaam with other hubs in Tanzania at Kilimanjaro International Airport and Mwanza Airport. The new BidAir Cargo/ Precision operation also handles cargo for partners 1Time, Air Malawi, Air Uganda, BAWC, RwandAir and Zambezi Airlines – all interlinking with the BidAir Cargo African network.
