LEONARD NEILL GIANT GERMAN automotive parts manufacturer, Otto Fuchs, has entered into a joint venture initiative with BEE company Ikhwezi Investment Holdings to establish a manufacturing plant in the East London Industrial Development Zone. Styled Foxtec-Ikhwezi, the R112-million development will produce components for DaimlerChrysler’s new Mercedes C Class W204 model, production of which commences in 2007.
