Barloworld Transport has acquired 51% of refrigerated transport company, Aspen Logistic Services.
Aspen was established in December 2000 and now services a large number of customers across a wide range of manufacturers and retailers, including Famous Brands.
“Incorporating Aspen Logistic Services into our stable means we are able to broaden our specialised offerings throughout Southern Africa,” said Barloworld Transport chief executive, Neil Henderson.
