The South African Revenue Service (SARS) has invited comment from interested parties on the introduction of draft comments for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Internal Administrative Appeals (IAA) in terms of Section 77I and 77H of the Customs and Excise Act 91 of 1964 (the Act).
