Liza Allan has taken over as branch manager of CFR Freight, Durban and has been driving staff development and training as well as developing systems that allow for the sharing of electronic information. She has taken over from Clive Nel who has joined the ZacPak team. “There are so many businesses opening in Durban at the moment and we believe new ideas and innovations will give us the edge in taking advantage of the opportunities,” said Allan. Since moving to the same premises as the ZacPak depot in March this year, CFR has been able to see the cargo as it comes in and respond to queries that much faster, she said.
