ACCORDING TO the Deloitte & Touche “Trade Alert”, minor changes have been made to the rules of the Customs and Excise Act for completion of forms under the Africa Growth & Opportunity Act (AGOA). “Rule 46A1.03 of the Act on the registration of exporters or manufacturers under the AGOA,” it said, “has been amended.”
