Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years Customer Service/Sales experience, preferably from the Logistics Industry.
- Matric or Relevant Senior Certification equivalent
- MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of Parcel Perfect billing system.
- Exposure to Courier Systems, Products and Procedures.
