Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning.
  • Lead, train, and motivate branch employees, including hiring and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Support sales activities by maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately.
  • Ensure customers receive high-quality service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Address operational challenges, implement effective solutions, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all branch activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in the electrical engineering industry or a similar sector preferred.
  • Knowledge of stock management, sales support, and administrative processes.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
