Matric
Bachelor`s degree or relevant qualification
Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience or the equivalent knowledge or skill
Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics sector is highly advantageous
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws
Proficiency in SAP
Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills

Responsibilities:
Ensure full implementation of ISO requirements and adherence by all staff members.
Oversee and initiate corrective measures to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities in established processes and procedures.
Identify and document any issues related to processes, procedures, or the Quality Management System.
