Warehouse Supervisor

Our client, a fast-paced and growing Courier and E-Commerce business in Johannesburg, is on the lookout for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor who’s ready to take ownership and drive warehouse performance.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage both cold-chain and ambient warehousing, this role is for you. 

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and process incoming customer orders.
• Supervise and manage 1 warehouse staff member.
• Oversee both cold storage and small-parcel pick-and-pack operations.
• Ensure 100% order accuracy and cold-chain compliance.
• Maintain temperature-sensitive stock integrity.
• Manage systems linking customer orders to driver dispatch.
• Minimise asset loss and maintain operational efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact within the warehouse.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years’ experience in a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor role.
• Experience in both ambient and cold storage environments (advantageous).
• Ability to work in cold environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse systems.
• Shopify experience (advantageous).
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to grow and adapt in a dynamic environment.
