Logistics concern in La Lucia needs your 3-5yrs experience working as an HR Officer with a very good understanding of SA Labour Laws & strong exposure in Industrial Relations. Preferably an individual that studied & majored in HR. Must be professional in admin affairs & different HR modules i.e.: IR, Training, Recruiting, Archiving, etc. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment execution, initiating hiring, job posting & sourcing candidates. Manage employee onboarding, transfers & exits, maintain personnel files & employment contracts, prepare payroll-related documents.
