Estimator & Operations Coordinator

My client is seeking an individual to handle both Operations and Estimates.

• Operations Coordinator

Coordinate and carry out the processes and administrative tasks required to facilitate import & export shipments from A - Z

Communicate with customers, international and local parties, customs authorities, and service providers

Ensure all Customs and third-party (statutory and regulatory) requirements are met

• Estimator

Prepare accurate, timely, and competitive quotes across multiple transport modes: ocean, air, and road freight

Ensure all pricing is aligned with operational capabilities, customer needs, and profitability goals

Min. 5 years working experience within a clearing & forwarding company
