On 07 July 2026, the World Trade Organization (WTO) announced that it had issued a new edition of “WTO Dispute Settlement: One-Page Case Summaries”, a regularly updated publication that provides succinct summaries of every panel and Appellate Body report adopted by the WTO’s Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) and every arbitration decision or award notified to the DSB up to the end of 2025. The publication also includes summaries of panel reports circulated to WTO members and published on the WTO website that the DSB has not yet adopted as they remain subject to pending appeals.
Each one-page summary comprises the core facts, the key findings from the reports, and any other matters of particular significance. Fourteen cases have been added since the 2023 edition, bringing the total number of cases covered by the publication to 225.
The disputes are presented in chronological order. Two indexes list the disputes by WTO agreement and by WTO member responding to the complaint.
