WALDI Schickerling has been appointed sales and freight manager for Safmarine Namibia, based in Walvis Bay. She took up her new position at the beginning of this month after having worked as a sales representative for Woker Freight Services in the same town for the past six years. Austrian-born Schickerling moved to South Africa after completing her education in her homeland and married Namibian citizen Adrian Schickerling while living in Paarl. She replaces former sales manager Stephen Speck who has returned to the UK.
