MSAS Global Logistics, South Africa was recently awarded the international MSAS1998 Innovative Award for its initiative in staff training.
US-based managing director of MSAS Global Logistics for the African Continent and the Middle East, Stephen Chipping, was in South Africa recently to hand over the award to management and staff of MSAS in Johannesburg.
The year 1998 was a record year for MSAS, he said, with the changing of the company logo, new ideas and plans, and the training and development of staff.
The ABET training programme from which staff and the company itself benefited, led to the award being granted to South Africa.
The training has been a tremendous achievement and we are especially pleased with the outstanding results achieved by our students, he said.
