UNREST IN the Ivory Coast has seen members of the Asia-West Africa Trade Agreement increasing their risk insurance surcharges. The new surcharges are: US$260 per TEU westbound to the Ivory Coast; $200 for each eastbound TEU; and $13 per ton for less than container load (LCL) cargo.
