A NEW trade deal between South Africa and the United Arab Emirates will be concluded by the end of March or even earlier. According to SA ambassador to the UAE, Dikgang Moopeloa, the deal will cover investment, trade and avoidance of double taxation of goods. The UAE has long marketed itself as the springboard into the Middle East and SA companies will benefit from new trade opportunities in the region.
