THE MARINE management company, Inchcape Shipping Services (ISS), is to be taken over by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) investment house, Istithmar PJSC. Currently owned by Electra Investment Trust, ISS manages over 50 000 port calls a year in 210 ports in over 50 countries.
