Tensions within unions
may not work in favour
of business, according to
political commentator Aubrey
Matshiqi.
Speaking at the annual
conference of the Road Freight
Association (RFA), he said
opposing factions within the
unions were very real, but that
business would not necessarily
see the benefit.
“Within your sector the
unions are seeing some major
upheavals, but it is more
than likely that the different
factions will put all their views
and differences aside to come
together in wage negotiations
against you.”
