Touchdown!

Kenya Airways took delivery of the first of three Boeing 777-300ER aircraft last month as it looks to strengthen its long-haul capability, paving the way for the introduction of new continental routes. The remaining two planes are expected in 2014. The aircraft, which can carry over 20 metric tons of cargo, is the largest in the national carrier’s fleet. Kenya Airways chief executive officer, Dr Titus Naikuni (front) and board chairman, Evanson Mwaniki, are pictured here alighting from the new Boeing 777-300ER.
