Interested stakeholders still have until Monday, January 15, to comment on the Draft Basic Assessment Report (DBAR), for a proposed development of a truck staging area on the remainder of an erf in Alton, Richards Bay.
That’s according to Dumisani Myeni, an environmental executive for Emvelo Consultans.
