On 31 January 2024, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) published its fourth Correction Notice in respect of the Government Gazette Notice of 26 January 2024, relating to the substitution of the rate of customs duty under tariff subheading 8207.19.10 from “9” to “9%” in Part 1 of Schedule No.1 to the Customs and Excise Act, 1964 (Ordinary Customs Duty).
