Swissport launches JIA facility

LAST month saw the official opening of Swissport South Africa’s new cargo handling facility at Johannesburg International Airport.
It comprises a 6300m2 cargo warehouse with office accommodation and boardroom facilities for customer airlines as well as two cold room facilities.
The warehouse has the capacity to house in excess of 120 000 tonnes of cargo per annum.
