INCENTIVE SCHEMES,
levels of remuneration,
entertainment allowances
Ð you name it Chris Richards has covered it
in his recently-completed
in-depth survey of remuneration practices for sales people in the freight industry in Gauteng.
The 63-page document analyses salary levels by age, experience and gender; it looks at salaries
on their own and with a
car allowance; it examines
the level of commission payable; it covers special incentives for sales people and the 13th cheque
practice; and looks into the use of alternate consultants. Richards believes that the document is a vital management tool and can provide further information on request.
