THE SA-BASED Sharaf Maritime Agency (part of Dubai’s Sharaf Group) has now been separated into various divisions - separate units covering shipping, airfreight, logistics, travel, information-technology (IT) and property. The maiden venture for the property division is The Sharaf House in La Lucia, Durban - a project being managed by Stauch Vorster & Associates and constructed by J T Ross. The building has two leading shipping companies as the first new tenants from the completion date on July1. Sharaf is offering around 1600m2 to other shipping companies and professional firms.
