Skills Development
Specialists have moved their
course reference manuals
into the electronic era,
making them available via the
internet.
“It’s in response to
numerous requests from
our clients and students for
access to our latest clearing
and forwarding information
manuals in an electronic
format,” says SDS director
Vernon Lavender.
“Clients can now access
them at www.sdsemanual.
co.za or www.sdstraining.
co.za by simply clicking on
SDS e-Manual.”
The manuals are available
on subscription, with a unique
password enabling the viewer
to see the entire SDS clearing
and forwarding package.
Lavender believes the
e-Manual will benefit
anyone studying towards
a clearing and forwarding
qualification. “Its content
provides in-depth e-support
to anyone employed, training
or consulting in the industry
as well as its associated role
players.
“In addition it offers
an online solution for
everyday queries that may be
encountered in the clearing
and forwarding working
environment,” he added.
Established in 1997, SDS
is a Teta-accredited training
provider. “E-Manual is the
result of 11 years of research
and 21 years of industry
experience,” said Lavender.
The manual will be updated
on a regular basis to ensure
that information is current.
