On 25 March 2025, the South African Revenue Service (SARS) advised that its “Documentary Requirements” Annexure did not provide an alternative for the Customs and Excise clients who are unable to provide mandatory supporting documentation.
The definitions and acronym table has been updated to clarify the relevant alternative as well as other amendments.
