THE SA Revenue Service has clarified uncertainties regarding duty increases on sorghum flours.
This follows the announcement by Minister of Finance Trevor Manuel in his Budget speech last week that sorghum beer and sorghum flour duties would be raised by 5%.
This does not however apply to all sorghum flours but only to
preparations based on sorghum flour used for making beverages.
