THE SWEDISH and South African governments have pledged to intensify co-operation in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). A delegation of nine Swedish organisations visited South Africa recently, their visit coinciding with the international telecommunications event TEL.COM Africa 2002, which was held in Johannesburg.
