SA Airlink takes quality a step further

THE ISO9002 certificate awarded to SA Airlink Cargo at a special ceremony in Johannesburg last month is believed to be the first earned by a ground handler in Africa. 'It"s a proud moment for us,' says managing director John Dickson. 'We are moving further and being audited for ISO 9001/2000 in January. When I look at the packed airport warehouse we are operating these days, this type of investigation into a working capability is essential for the good of the company.'
