KEVIN MAYHEW CHIEF EXECUTIVE officer of The Road Freight Association (RFA) Herman Lemmer has resigned, according to a statement to its members by chairman, Ben Deysel. Lemmer has a 14-year association with the RFA, nine of them as CEO. He is taking up a senior position in the private sector and will complete his service with the RFA at the end of July this year.
