Conventional reefer ship operators are expected to continue to lose market share to container lines over the coming years, according to Dynamar’s The Reefer Analysis report. Last year, almost 74% of total fresh produce volumes were transported in containers. This compares to 52% ten years ago and 62% in 2009.
